6.04.020: ANIMALS AT LARGE OR GRAZING NEAR RESIDENCE OF ANOTHER:
It is unlawful for any person to allow, suffer or permit any cattle, hog, horse, mule, sheep, turkey, geese, chicken or goat owned by him or under his control to run at large at any time, in the streets and alleys or public parks in the city or to stake out such animal in front of or within fifty feet (50') of the residence of another person for the purpose of grazing such animal.
