(A) A prepaid account will be established for each individual that desires to establish a prepaid account.
(B) Funds will be withdrawn from the prepaid account at the time of any transaction.
(C) A prepaid account shall maintain a positive balance at all times. A customer will not be able to complete a transaction until there is a positive balance in the account.
(D) A refund will be refunded if the customer closes their prepaid account and has a positive balance.
(E) The prepaid account will avoid the need for any late fees and/or penalties.
(F) All recording fees shall be paid at the time of recording of a document or it shall not be recorded.
(G) Bulk images will be paid and mailed, accordingly as listed below:
(1) All bulk images must be paid with a prepaid account at the rate of $.07 per copy.
(2) CDs must be included with payment for imaging.
(3) A self-addressed, stamped envelope must also be provided.
