§ 153.101 STREETS AND ALLEYS.

Streets and alleys shall be completed to grades shown on plans, profiles and cross-sections prepared by a registered professional engineer or registered land surveyor, and approved by the Commission. Elevations shall be based on the state plane coordinate system.
