(A) Title. This section shall be known as the Political Activity in County Buildings Ordinance.
(B) Purpose. The purpose of this section is to regulate the political activity of county officials and employees in county buildings.
(C) Application. This section shall apply to all elected county officers, deputies, officials and employees of the county.
(D) Prohibited activity. No county officer, deputy, official or employee shall, in a county building, engage in any political campaigning, post billboards, posters, photographs, advertisements, decals or distribute any material advocating the election of any person in any election.
(E) Violation. Any person found to have violated this section may be enjoined from such activity by proper legal proceeding.
