(A) No vehicles shall cross a drainage ditch or park in the right-of-way in such a way which obstructs the intended use and safety of the county roadways, except at driveway locations, field entrances or at locations which have been approved in accordance with § 151.03.
(B) Areas of repeated or continuous violation, or locations where vehicles in the right-of-way obstruct safe sight distance will be posted as “No Parking.”
