§ 150.53  UNSAFE BUILDING FUND.
   (A)   An Unsafe Building Fund is hereby established in the operating budget of the Board of Public Works and Safety in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-14.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of the Board to administer upon any bids for or demolition contracts awarded by the provisions of this subchapter.
