§ 150.52  HEARING AUTHORITY DESIGNATED.
   The Board of Zoning Appeals is hereby designated the hearing authority in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-7 and for the purpose of conducting hearings in accordance with I.C. 36-7-9-7.
