I.C. 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28 together with all hearing requirements, is hereby adopted by reference as the County Unsafe Building Code. All proceedings within the county for inspection, repair and removal of unsafe buildings shall be governed by said code and the provisions of this subchapter. In the event the provisions of this subchapter conflict with the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28, then the provisions of the state statutes shall control.
