§ 150.33  RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   All persons shall have the right to appeal a decision or order of the Building Commissioner and/or Building Inspector to the Board of Zoning Appeals of the county and any order pertaining to a building law to the State Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission.
