§ 150.27 INSPECTION ASSISTANCE BY TOWNSHIP AND DISTRICT FIRE DEPARTMENTS.

The Chief of each Township Fire Department or Fire District Fire Department, or his or her designated representative, shall assist the Building Commissioner in the inspection or fire suppression, detection, alarm systems and other provisions of the Indiana Fire Prevention Code and shall provide reports of such inspection to the Building Commissioner as requested.
