§ 150.18 DEFINITIONS.

   (A)   The definitions set forth in I.C. 22-12-1 of the following terms are hereby incorporated by reference in this subchapter:

      (1)   Agricultural Purpose;

      (2)   Building Law;

      (3)   Class 1 Structure;

      (4)   Class 2 Structure;

      (5)   Commission;

      (6)   Construction;

      (7)   Control;

      (8)   Department;

      (9)   Equipment Law;

      (10)   Fire Department;

      (11)   Fire Safety Law;

      (12)   Industrialized Building System;

      (13)   Law;

      (14)   Manufactured Home;

      (15)   Mobile Structure;

      (16)   Person;

      (17)   Regulated Amusement Advice;

      (18)   Regulated Boiler or Pressure Vessel;

      (19)   Regulated Explosive;

      (20)   Regulated Lifting Device;

      (21)   Regulated Place of Amusement or Entertainment;

      (22)   Rules Board;

      (23)   Structure; and

      (24)   Vehicular Bridge.

   (B)   The term BUILDING COMMISSIONER also means the County Area Plan Commission Executive Director.

   (C)   Two copies of I.C. 22-12-1, setting forth the definitions of the above incorporated terms, are on file in the office of the County Auditor and are available for public inspection.
