(A) The manner in which to implement or change county full-time employee and part-time employee health insurance eligibility regulations and requirements shall be by adoption of an ordinance of the Board of Commissioners.
(B) The Board of Commissioners hereby declares that the three elected members of the County Board of Commissioners become ineligible for health insurance provided to Jennings County part-time employees upon passage and adoption of this section.
