§ 111.16 PERMIT PERIOD.

(A) A permit for a bed and breakfast establishment and/or retail food establishment shall be issued for a term beginning January 1, and/or when it commences operation, and expiring December 31, of the same year and shall be applied for by the person and /or operator annually.

(B) A permit for a temporary food establishment shall be for the term of one continuous period of operation.
