(A)
Specific penalties for violation of § 92.02 shall be:
(1) First violation: $75;
(2) Second violation: $150;
(3) Subsequent violation: $150.
(B) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99 of this Code.
