(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Violators of park hours as set forth in § 91.01 will be asked to leave the premises, escorted off the premises if non-compliant with request to leave and/or subject to a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time.
