It is ordered by the Board of Commissioners, that the following new precinct changes are established.
(A) Geneva Township. Country Squire Lakes Subdivision, which is located within the present boundaries of Geneva 1 West, shall be a separate precinct and identified as Geneva 1 West. The remainder of what is presently Geneva 1 West shall be combined with Geneva 1 East and identified as Geneva 1 East.
(B) Precinct description.
(1) Precinct Geneva 1 West (CSL).
(a) Beginning at the intersection of State Road 7 and County Road 300 North, thence go west on the centerline of County Road 300 North to the intersection of County Road 500 West, thence go north on the centerline of County Road 500 West to the intersection of County Road 400 North, thence go east on the centerline of County Road 400 North to the dead end, then follow Country Squire Lake Fence Line Northeast until it intersects with State Road 7, thence go south on the centerline of State Road 7 to County Road 300 North, which is the beginning. Map of CSL subdivision is on file and available for public inspection at the Jennings County Auditor’s Office.
(b) The following Census Blocks are in CENSUS TRACT 9603: 413, 414, 415, 416, 417, 418, 419, 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425, 426, 427, 428, 429, 430, 431, 432, 433, 434, 435, 436, 437, 438, 439, 440, 441, 442, 443, 444, 445, 446, 447, 448, 449, 450, 451, 452, 453, 454, 456, 457, 458, 459, 462, 463, 464, 465, 466, 467, 469, 470, 471, 472, 473, 474, 475, 476, 478, 479, 480, 481, 482, 483.
(2) Precinct Geneva 1 East.
(a) Beginning at a point where Geneva and Sandcreek Townships meet in the center of County Road 850 North, thence south on the township line of Geneva and Sandcreek Townships and then Geneva and Center Townships to a point where Geneva and Center Townships meet in the center of County Road 300 North, thence go west on the centerline of 300 North to the intersection of County Road 700 West, thence go north on the centerline of County Road 700 West to the intersection to the County Road of 500 North, thence go east on the centerline of County Road 500 North to the intersection of State Road 7, thence go north on the centerline of State Road 7 to the intersection of County Road 600 North, thence go east on the centerline of County Road 600 North to the intersection of County Road 350 West, thence go north on the centerline of County Road 350 West to the intersection of County Road 610 North, thence go east-northeast on the centerline of County Road 610 North to the intersection of County Road 275 West, thence go east-northeast on the centerline of County Road 275 West to the intersection of County Road 675 North, thence go northwest on the centerline of County Road 675 North until it becomes County Road 710 North, thence northwesterly to the intersection of County Road 400 West, thence go north on the centerline of County Road 400 West, to the intersection of County Road 850 North, thence go east on the centerline of County Road 850 North to the Geneva and Sandcreek township line which is point of the beginning.
(b) Exclude Country Squire Lakes Subdivision which is located within the boundaries of this precinct as it is now a separate precinct identified as Geneva 1 West.
