§ 30.01 COUNCIL DISTRICTS.

   (A)   I.C. 36-2-3-4 provides that the Board of County Commissioners may establish County Council Districts.

   (B)   The following Council Districts are hereby established:

      (1)   District No.1:

         (a)   Geneva 1 East;

         (b)   Geneva 1 West;

         (c)   Geneva 2; and

         (d)   Geneva 3.

      (2)   District No. 2:

         (a)   Center East;

         (b)   Center West;

         (c)   Lovett;

         (d)   Marion;

         (e)   Montgomery;

         (f)   Spencer North; and

         (g)   Spencer South.

      (3)   District No. 3:

         (a)   Bigger;

         (b)   Campbell;

         (c)   Columbia;

         (d)   Sand Creek;

         (e)   Vernon East; and

         (f)   Vernon West.

      (4)   District No. 4: City of North Vernon.
