(A) Whoever violates any provision of this title for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any part of § 70.01 shall pay a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time, per violation.
(C) Any violation of § 70.02 shall constitute a misdemeanor, and any person found guilty thereof shall be assessed a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time.
