(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 52.15 through 52.19 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. On conviction, the violator shall be punished for the first offense by a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time; for the second offense by a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time; and for the third and each subsequent offense by a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time, to which may be added imprisonment for any determinate period not exceeding 90 days, and each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating unsanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate such conditions as ordered by the County Board of Health or by the duly appointed Health Officer of the county, shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
