§ 51.18  TAGS; ADDITIONAL FEES.
   (A)   The fee to be paid to the county for each bag described in § 51.17(C) shall be a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time for each tag purchased.
      (1)   Additional fees for other than household trash are as follows:
         (a)   Passenger tires: a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time, per tire, limit of five tires;
         (b)   Passenger tires on rims: a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time, per tire, limit of five tires;
         (c)   Truck tires: a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time, per tire, limit of two tires;
         (d)   Tractor tires: a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time, per tire, limit of one tire;
         (e)   Refrigerated appliances: a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time, each, limit of two items; and
         (f)   Bulky items: a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time, per item.
      (2)   Recycle items for no fees as follows:
         (a)   Scrap metal;
         (b)   Magazines;
         (c)   Glass bottles;
         (d)   Newspaper;
         (e)   Car batteries;
         (f)   Cans;
         (g)   Mixed paper;
         (h)   Plastic bottles;
         (i)   Cardboard; and
         (j)   Household batteries.
   (B)   The authorized tags shall be sold in various locations in the county as advertised by the County Board of Commissioners. All funds collected by the county for the sale of said bags shall be deposited with the County Treasurer and shall be credited to the County Solid Waste Collection System Fund (which fund is hereby established) for use in the operation of that system, including payment of expenses and fees for disposition of county residential solid waste collection within said system.
