§ 34.02  LIABILITY INSURANCE; LIMITS.
   (A)   At all times the county shall be insured for a potential risk by a surety company duly licensed and authorized to provide liability insurance within the state.
   (B)   The Board of Commissioners shall take all necessary steps to procure such insurance.
   (C)   In no event shall such insurance provide for a combined single limit of less than $500,000.
