§ 33.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates the restrictions on the use of electronic map data as set forth in § 33.48(H) shall be guilty of an infraction and may be fined by the county up to a sum as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time, and each violation shall be deemed a separate offense. Also, in the event that there is an improper use of electronic map data as set forth in § 33.48(H) or in violation of state or federal law, the county may prohibit the person (as defined by I.C. 5-14-3-2) from obtaining any electronic map data and seek injunctive relief from any misuse of electronic map data by the person who originally purchased the electronic map data or any other person who has received a copy of the electronic map data.
