§ 33.52  LAW ENFORCEMENT FEES.
   (A)   The County Sheriff shall charge a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time for crime summaries, a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time for accident reports and also a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time per digital picture and a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time for regular photo. All monies collected shall be deposited in the County Accident Fund.
   (B)   The County Sheriff shall charge a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time for criminal record checks. All monies collected shall be deposited in the Criminal Records Fund.
   (C)   The County Sheriff shall charge a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time for vehicle identification number checks. All monies collected shall be deposited in the County Sheriff’s V.I.N. Fund.
   (D)   The County Sheriff shall provide to the County Council annual reports for the County Accident Fund, the Criminal Records Fund and the Sheriffs V.I.N. Fund. These reports are to be submitted at the regularly scheduled meeting in February of each year reflecting the beginning balance, the ending balance, the receipts during the year and a summary of the disbursements during the year.
