The following charges shall be made by the County Treasurer:
(A) For all duplicate tax bills: a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time each;
(B) For all checks which are returned to the Treasurer’s office by the bank regardless of the reason for such return: a fee as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time. There shall be a charge for each returned check; and
(C) All monies generated for this service shall be placed in the Education and Training Fund #3-3-8, for the Treasurer’s office and staff training.
