§ 111.01 WINDOW COVERINGS PROHIBITED IN SALOONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person within the corporate limits of the city that is licensed to sell intoxicating liquors within said city to have the windows and doors of his, her, or their place of business, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., and on the Sabbath day, commonly called Sunday, covered with curtains, blinds, or screens, that during said hours and upon Sunday, there shall be no obstructions in the windows and doors to prevent from the outside of the building a full view of the interior of the building occupied as such a saloon.
