All moneys received by the Board from the sale of lots or blocks in said cemetery or from donations or other sources shall be paid over to the City Clerk-Treasurer, who shall keep the same in a separate fund known as the “Cemetery Fund,” which fund shall be used only for cemetery purposes. All claims against the Cemetery Board shall be audited and allowed as other claims against the city and the city warrants issued which shall specify on their face that the same are drawn on the Cemetery Fund.
