§ 92.04 BLOCKS AND LOTS; UNCLAIMED REMAINS.
   The Sexton, under the supervision of the Cemetery Board, shall from time to time, as necessity requires, select such blocks and lots in the cemetery as shall be needed for the burial of the deceased county charges and deceased persons whose remains are not cared for by any relative, friend, or society.
