(A) The members of the City Council shall constitute the Cemetery Board of said city, and such Board shall control the management of the City Cemetery, known as “The Jenkins Cemetery.” The term of office of members of the Cemetery Board shall be co-extensive with their membership in the City Council and their qualifications as members of the City Council shall be deemed a qualification as members of the Cemetery Board. The President of the City Council and the City Recorder shall be ex offio President and Secretary of the Cemetery Board respectively.
(B) The business of the Cemetery Board shall be transacted as the regular meeting of the City Council as a part of the general business of the city.
