§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Any person who is found to be in violation of §§ 90.04 through 90.06 or 90.10 through 90.12 shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200, together with all appropriate costs and fees as required by law.

      (2)   Any person who harbors a dangerous dog contrary to the provisions of § 90.09 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days in jail, and/or by a fine not to exceed $700, together with all appropriate costs and fees as required by law.
