§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, persons, firm, or corporation who shall violate the provisions of § 112.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof before any Justice of the Peace of the city, be punished by a fine of not less than $5 nor not more than $100 and the costs of the prosecution, and in the default thereof, be imprisoned in the County Jail until said fine and costs are paid, not exceeding 60 days.
   (C)   Violation of § 112.02 shall be a penal offense, punishable by a fine not exceeding $100, or by imprisonment in the City or County Jail for a period of time not exceeding 90 days.
