§ 112.24 EFFECTIVENESS.
   The provisions of §§ 112.15, 112.16, 112.22 and 112.23 shall automatically apply upon adoption of this chapter. Sections 112.17 through 112.21 shall not be effective until the adoption of a City Council resolution or ordinance authorizing the licensing of persons covered by those sections.
