9-4-4: MODULE/MOBILE/MANUFACTURED COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS IN COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS:
Regarding placement of manufactured buildings on lots in commercial districts, the Board of Adjustments and City Council shall have the power and authority to grant variances as they shall deem appropriate. Such variances shall be granted or denied by the Board of Adjustment and City Council on a case by case basis upon a majority vote at any meeting where a quorum is present.
