Manufactured/Mobile/Modular Homes located in residential districts not conforming to these regulations will be considered as not in compliance hereto and the use of these facilities permitted as a nonconforming use until such time as the mobile home is moved from its location or additions made thereto. Future use of the lot or parcel for a nonconforming mobile home in a residential area will not be permitted. (1985 Code ch. 4 § 9-8; Ord. 340, 10-7-2019)
