§ 35.046 APPROVAL OF ORDER FOR ISSUANCE.
   The Common Council may order the issuance of warrants for payment of money by the city only at a meeting of the Board. A city officer who violates this section forfeits his or her office pursuant to I.C. 36-4-8-3.
