§ 35.028 SIDEWALK AND CURB REPLACEMENT FUND.
   Due to the need for curb and sidewalk improvement, the city, by this section, establishes a special fund for such use. Payments to fund this account shall be transferred in $500 increments when needed upon approval from the Rainy Day Fund and/or Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund. This funding source is retroactive to May 2, 2012.
