§ 35.027 SERVICE CHARGE NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS (SCNSF) FUND.

   (A)   Fund established. There is hereby created a separate fund entitled SCNSF Fund to receive forfeiture monies.

   (B)   Nature of Fund. This Fund is a perpetual fund and is non-reverting at the end of the year. The Fund shall be terminated by an ordinance. If there remains a balance in the fund at the time the Fund is terminated, the balance shall revert to the General Fund.
