§ 35.026 FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND.
   In accordance with Local Government Fiscal Assistance Fund, being 31 U.S.C. §§ 6701 and 6720, there is hereby created a Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, in which on receipt all Federal Revenue Sharing Funds shall be deposited. Said Fund shall be used in accordance with federal regulations set forth.
