§ 35.001 SOCIAL SECURITY.
   Social Security coverage is elected for all positions except:
   (A)   All services of an emergency nature;
   (B)   Part-time positions;
   (C)   Positions, the compensation for which is on a fee basis; and
   (D)   Elected legislative officials.
