§ 34.03 FAILURE TO SATISFY CIVIL PENALTY OR APPEAR BEFORE CLERK; REPORT; PROSECUTION.
   If a person denies an ordinance or code violation under this chapter or fails to satisfy a civil penalty assessed by the Violations Clerk after having entered an admission of the violation, or fails to deny or admit the violation under this chapter, then the Clerk shall report this fact to the official having the responsibility to prosecute the ordinance violation cases for the city and court proceedings against the person shall then be initiated for the alleged ordinance violation.
