§ 33.05 COUNTY MULTI-HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.
   (A)   The city hereby adopts the county’s Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan as an official plan; and
   (B)   The county’s Emergency Management Agency will submit on behalf of the participating municipalities the adopted Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan to the state’s Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency for final review and approval.
