§ 93.39 ADMINISTRATION.
   To facilitate the removal of abandoned vehicles or parts pursuant to this chapter, the city may employ personnel, acquire equipment, property, and facilities; and enter into towing contracts with storage yards for the removal, storage and disposition of abandoned vehicles and parts.
