§ 93.01 SCOPE.
   Chapter 93 of this municipal code (the “code”) shall govern the regulation and prohibition of abandoned vehicles and junk cars, as defined herein, within the city, pursuant to I.C. 9-22-1-1 through 9-22-1-32.
