§ 54.09 VIOLATIONS; ENFORCEMENT.
   Failure to pay a storm water user fee when due shall constitute a violation of this chapter, and shall be enforced by the city and such persons as the city may appoint for such purpose, and also shall include the cost of recovery, including attorney fees, other costs of collection, and recording fees.
