(A) Automated clearing house and electronic funds transfers.
(1) Automatic clearing house (ACH) transactions. Automated clearing house (ACH) transactions are hereby authorized for the Clerk-Treasurer to make payment of claims as authorized by I.C. 36-1-8-11.5.
(2) Electronic funds transfers (EFT). Electronic funds transfers (EFT), including online banking transfers, are hereby authorized for the Clerk-Treasurer for transfers authorized pursuant to I.C. 5-13-5-5 and 36-1-8-11.5, including but not limited to transfers between city accounts and funds, payroll, payroll taxes and fees, and loan payments; and
(B) Effective retroactively. This section shall be in full force retroactively from January 1, 2020 (the “effective date”).
