§ 32.27 WATER AND SEWER BOARD.
   (A)   The Water Board’s powers, duties, functions, and obligations be and they are hereby consolidated and assigned to the Sewer Board.
   (B)   The Sewer Board be and it is hereafter known as the city’s Water and Sewer Board of Trustees.
   (C)   Each Water Board member be compensated for services rendered to this date in the amount of $250.
