§ 152.04 PROHIBITION ON CAMPERS AND AMISH CABINS AS PERMANENT DWELLINGS.
   (A)   No person shall place or locate a camper or Amish cabin within the corporate limits of the city for use as a structure for a period of more than 60 days, unless such camper or Amish cabin is placed within a mobile home park licensed and regulated by the state as provided in I.C. § 16-41-27.
   (B)   The city shall not provide water, trash pickup, gas or sewer service to any camper or Amish cabin located within the city, except for any camper or Amish cabin situated within a mobile home park licensed and regulated by the state and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulation governing such mobile home parks.
   (C)   This section shall not apply to campers or Amish cabins inhabited as a dwelling prior to the effective date of this chapter. However, campers and Amish Cabins that are subject to this chapter shall be relocated within the city or replaced with another camper or Amish cabin.
