(A) Established. The city hereby establishes a Department of Water Works under I.C. 8-1.5-4-2 and adopts the provisions of I.C. 8-1.5-4-1 and of the chapter in which it is contained.
(B) Membership. The Board of Directors of the Department shall consist of three Directors, not more than two of whom shall be from the same political party.
(C) Term. The Directors shall serve for a term of four years, however, the initial term of Director I shall terminate on December 31, 1983, the initial term of Director II shall terminate on December 31, 1984, and the initial term of Director III shall terminate on December 31, 1985.
