§ 32.25 POLICE PENSION BOARD.
   The Common Council does hereby elect to create and establish a Police Pension Board, said Board of Trustees of which shall be composed of three members, namely the Mayor, Clerk-Treasurer, and Chief of Police, as set forth in the state code.
