(A)   Citizens of the city shall have the right to post notice of public announcements, including appropriate signage, on the Community Announcement Board, which shall be maintained by the city.
   (B)   All signage promoting a specific event, such as a garage sale or yard sale, will be subject to removal as of 24 hours after completion of the scheduled event. Should citizens desire to retain their signage, they should ensure that such signage is removed from the Community Announcement Board within 24 hours of the completion of the scheduled event.
