§ 32.23 BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY.
   (A)   The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby re-established pursuant to I.C. 36-4-9-5.
   (B)   The members of the Board of Public Works and Safety are the Mayor and two persons appointed by the Mayor. A member may hold other appointive positions in the city government during his or her tenure. The Clerk-Treasurer is the Clerk of the Board pursuant to I.C. 36-4-9-8.
   (C)   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall exercise the powers and duties as prescribed by state law.
